Cedric Cirotteau was born in 1980 in Villeneuve Saint Georges, France, as the youngest child of an orthopedic surgeon father and a ballet dancer mother. He left for Saudi Arabia with his parents when he was still very young and studied in the American International School of Jeddah. After a few moves in the Near East, his family finally came back to Paris. He graduated from Ecole Active Bilingue, an international school in Paris. He then studied Physics and Chemistry at University Paris XII.

Cedric has trained in the martial arts since the age of 16, and holds black belts in Aikido, Judo and Jujitsu. This is how he was later discovered in 2005 by actor and fencer Juan Jimenez, who remains a close friend. Juan pushed him towards a career in stunts and acting. Cedric took stunts and fencing lessons with Patrice Camboni, a sword-master from the Conservatoire de Paris and studied acting in 2009 and 2010 at Studio Pygmalion, Montrouge. In 2013 he took full training with reputed acting coach Patricia Sterlin. Cedric has starred in several commercials in France and Morocco and has made appearances in feature and TV films in India, the USA, England and France. He has been living in London since 2014 and is represented by Victoria Steven Management. His latest works include The King by David Michôd and Bloodhound by Peter Stylianou. For full filmography, check his profile on IMDb.

As a producer, Cedric founded Arara Azul Films (Blue Parrot Films in Brazilian Portuguese) in order to achieve more personal projects. With the collaboration of actress Aline Nolasco, they produced several shorts in France before Cedric moved to London. In 2017, he produced with Xavier Guignard two multi awarded short films, The Conductor and Little Thief, available on VOD platforms. They are developing together two feature films under Xavier’s film company Essay Pictures. Cedric released in December 2018 the comedy crime series The Heist created by Chris Burkitt, writer of the series, in association with Wolfpack Productions and Outlier Films.
